Description	From the Randall (Herbert) Freedom Summer Photographs; The sons of Reverend Robert Beech, Director of the Hattiesburg Ministers Project, reach for cold drinks in a Coca-Cola cooler at the fish fry given for the volunteers by local civil rights leader Vernon Dahmer during Freedom Summer. The fish fry was given on Dahmer's property in the Kelly Settlement, to the north of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, on July 4, 1964. The woman standing with the dark purse is local African-American resident Willie Mae Backstrom.
