Dear Mantinband family;
As a Rabbinic student, who in the 60' s was active in civil rights in the South ( 39 days at Parchman pen., for sitting in at Jackson), I've long known of your husband's courage and dedication.
His death is our loss, but his life makes me proud to have been his colleague. I only wish I could have met him, and known him personally.
