Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A long tractor trailer truck and a short cargo truck are travelling on a road that skirts the base of a cliff wall. The large truck is being driven by Ronald Reagan and is labeled "Industrial productivity." It is passing the other truck, which is labeled "Clean air standards" and almost pushes the smaller truck into the cliff wall. The road on which the trucks are travelling makes a sharp right turn around the base of the cliff.
