Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection; Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A fireman labeled "U.S. involvement" climbs a ladder that leans against a very tall building (one that is taller than any other in this drawing). The top of the building is shrouded in smoke labeled "Vietnam" and "Soviet missile problem." Runtz's signature cat hangs from the ladder on a rung just below the fireman and looks down toward the crowd that has gathered far below at the base of the ladder. The cartoon caption reads, "Going up."
