Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A mailman in colonial garb rides a horse through a desert scene (cactus and bleached bones can be seen). The horse, with a mail pouch on the saddle and bandages on left hind leg and rump, expresses fear at the sight of a military jet overhead with a jet stream behind labeled, "Nixon post office reform proposal." A scarf labeled "Patronage system" billows from the man's neck. Artist Runtz's signature cat is overhead hanging from a parachute. The caption reads, "Easy now, just trot along, we've been buzzed before."
