Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Ed Valtman. In the first of four frames, Uncle Sam offers to hold his umbrella over a woman labeled "France" as rain begins to fall. In the second frame, they walk together under the umbrella labeled "NATO" her arm in his. In the third frame, they notice the rain is stopping. In the final frame, with the sun shining, the woman tells a shocked Uncle Sam to "Get lost." The cartoon caption reads, "The rainy days are over."
