He stands with his back to a huge display of fruit labeled, "Fulbright's Washington regime" and a drop of sweat falls from his brow. A sign on the display stand reads, "Caution...this display took years to build!!" A short man labeled "Bumpers" only as tall as the display table, holds an open sack and looks up trying to decide which pieces to take. The cartoon caption reads, "Nerve-wracking."
