Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection; Cartoon by Jon Kennedy. Georgia Governor (and later Lieutenant Governor) Lester Maddox stands behind the counter of a cafeteria (restaurant). The counter is labeled "Maddox political cafeteria." Maddox holds a spoon and looks at his customer, a man labeled "Georgia" who has been drawn to portray a hillbilly. The customer is picking up a serving tray from a stack on the counter. On the wall behind Maddox are signs to advertise the specials, "Half-baked court chops, Rise again corn-pone, Ku Klux Klams, Scortched [sic.] Lyndon burgers, Anti-Commie stew, Lily white cake, Ax handle steaks." Similar signs on the counter read "Rebel relish, Barbaqued [sic.] McGill, Segro salad." The cartoon caption reads, "Back in business."
