Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A man stands on the lawn of a college campus and beckons toward two servicemen who have returned from the Vietnam War. In the sky above the college buildings are the words "Best educational opportunities." The head of one serviceman is bandaged, and he is sitting in a wheelchair. The other holds a rucksack over his shoulder, and the sack is labeled, "Returning servicemen." The U.S. flag on campus is lowered to half mast. Runtz's signature cat stands next to the man waving a "Welcome home" flag. The cartoon caption reads, "Honor the dead, remember the living."
