Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Jon Kennedy. Richard Nixon, Attorney General John Mitchell, and Secretary of Commerce Maurice Stans sit on the lid of a wooden coffin labeled "Watergate affair." They each hold hammers and are sweating as if they have been working hard. Bent, discarded nails litter the floor around the coffin, which rests on sawhorses. A nail hammered into the lid by Nixon is labeled "House rejection of probe." Nixon, mopping his brow with a handkerchief, says, "That ought to do it!"
