Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Vic Runtz. Supreme Court nominee Clement F. Haynsworth, Jr., dressed in a judge's robe, is walking to the top of a flight of steps. At the top step, the base of a column is seen. On the top step is a banana peel labeled "Record" and Haynsworth's next step will be on the banana peel. Runtz's signature cat looks on with alarm and says, "Again?" In an inset at the top left, a portion of another Runtz cartoon is shown, in which Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortas has slipped on his own banana peel, labeled "Indiscretion." In the inset, the steps are labeled "Highest court" the column is seen, and Runtz's cat is hiding its eyes. The cartoon caption reads, "That ol' banana peel."
