Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection; Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A U.S. flag flies at full mast. In place of the stripes are the words, "New freedom from fear, poverty, disease, ignorance, intolerance, lawlessness." Underneath the flag is a quotation from the Gettysburg address: "...that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom..." Runtz's signature cat is at the lower right eating a slice of watermelon and the words, "Happy holiday!" are nearby. The cartoon caption reads, "Oh, say can you see...."
