Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Richard Locher. Two men stand on an industrial balcony overlooking a large machine labeled, "U.S. Post Office automatic parcel processing." One man holds a newspaper with the headline, "3 1/2 million pieces mangled." Parcels are going into the top machine bin from a conveyor, and waste from destroyed boxes is coming out at the bottom. Two workers are hiding and running away from the machine on the work floor under the industrial balcony. One of the men on the balcony says to the other, "You could always look at it as a cost savings! It's mail we don't have to deliver!"
