Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Clyde Wells. The earth is shown five times against a white background. Each schpere has the year above it, a flagpole, and a flag with lettering. The first is 1850, and the flag is labeled "1 billion." The second is 1930 and "2 billion." The earth and flag in the second are tilted a little off center, and a line indicates a slight wobble. The third, tilted further and wobbling more, is 1961 and "3 billion." The fourth is 1976 and "4 billion." The earth is tilted and wobbling so much that land masses are not distinguishable. The fifth year is not indicated, but the earth is shown falling apart with people flying off and the word "Tilt" across its front. Part of the word "billion" is on the fifth flag.
