A man with a "Kick" sign on his back is shown being flipped or tripped after a wallet he stooped to pick up from the pavement is yanked away. The wallet is labeled "Tax cuts, steady prices." Two arms extend from behind a hiding place (a fence) holding a string attached to the wallet. One arm is labeled "Vietnam." The words, "April fool!" are at the top of the cartoon.
