Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Ed Valtman. Leaders from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, and Great Britain stand on the tarmac of an airfield, alongside a strip of carpet that reads "Welcome Dick." The three labeled "Benelux" hold a sign that says "Love." The German leader [Kurt Georg Kiesinger?] holds a sign that reads "Equal treatment." France's Charles de Gaulle holds a sign that reads "Equal partnership." Great Britain's Harold Wilson holds a bouquet of flowers and a sign that reads "Special relations." At the end of the carpet is the movable stairway used to deplane passengers when the plane is not parked at a gate. Airplanes are in the background, but Richard Nixon's plane has not yet arrived.
