Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Ed Valtman. A U.S. soldier stands on a sidewalk, rifle over his shoulder. He is looking at a small boy labeled "Europe" whom he has caught writing on a brick wall. Earlier graffiti was "Yankee, go home." The boy has added the words "please, don't" above the original phrase so that it now reads, "Yankee, please, don't go home." On the pavement is part of a newspaper with the headline, "Sen. [Senator] Mansfield...withdrawal...U.S. troops." The cartoon caption reads, "Second thoughts."
