Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A traffic officer is directing traffic. A huge traffic light has words on the red ball: "Stop...Carnival parades are on!" A lamp post near the policeman has a sign that reads, "Parade route...No parking." Another sign reads, "Today: Choctaw, Mokana, Helios, Pandora, and Mecca...Tomorrow: Carrollton, Okeanos, and Alla." [Note on the date: Manuscript entry in the bottom margin is Saturday, Feb. 8. During 1969 and 1975, February 8 was on Saturday.]
