Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A police officer kneels next to a junked car that is set up on blocks. The car has a hole in the windwhield, the hood is up, and a "Police notice" is attached to the front quarter. Next to the car on the ground is a sign with the words, "N.O.'s junked cars must go." The police officer is writing a ticket, and near him are the words, "Police Dept.'s get-tough measures" with an arrow pointing to the ticket. The cartoon caption reads, "Going out of business, we hope."
