Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser is sitting on one front leg of the Great Sphinx of Giza looking at a pyramid that is labeled, "Gamal Abdel Nasser...Leader of the Arab world." Nasser's arm is in a cast and sling, and stars circle his head with the words, "Crushing defeat by Israel." The sphinx with its broken nose is saying, "Where do we go from here?!" A sign by Nasser's feet reads, "Ask somebody else...I resign!" The cartoon caption reads, "If the sphinx could talk."
