Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A tow truck with "We tow anything" on the door and two men in the cab is being driven into a vehicle garage with "Constitutional repairs & service" on the sign above the door. Behind the truck and attached to the towing apparatus is one end of a large rolled piece of paper with two wheels on it. The rolled paper is labeled "N.O.'s towing law." [Note on the date: Manuscript note in bottom margin reads, Fri. Aug. 11. During Pletcher's time at N.O. Times-Picayune, August 11 was on Friday during 1967, 1972, and 1978.]
