Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. The Earth (a globe with lines of latitude and longitude) hangs in space. An Asian or Eurasian man with a hammer and sickle arm band is on top of the Earth, painting a big circle with numeral 8 inside it on the front of the globe. Also inside the circle are the words, "World-wide harassment" and below the circle are the words, "U.S. world-wide commitments." Beside the man on top of the globe are two cans of paint and a sign which reads, "New Berlin pressures." The cartoon caption reads, "Red global design?"
