Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Jimmy Carter stands on one side of a street labeled, "Campaign home stretch." Behind him is his shop with a sign on the roof labeled, "Best buy in peanuts." Across the street is Gerald Ford's shop, with "Jerry's diner" on the roof. Ford's diner has a large glass window and he is standing inside dressed as the short order cook. The sign on the window reads, "Today's special...The waver wander wiggle waffle." The cartoon caption reads, "Working both sides of the street."
