Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A huge skeleton wears a pullover shirt that is labeled, "Metro Safety Council's report on accidental deaths in La. during 1968." Across the skull's forehead is a car, its wheels in place of the eye sockets. Words on the car are "Traffic deaths accounted for nearly 50 percent--1,300!" The skeleton appears to be leering down at a man in uniform (police, highway patrol) who is hammering a sign onto a pole. The sign reads, "New speed law enforcement orders." The cartoon caption reads, "Get the picture?"
