Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. An arm labeled, "Human response in time of disaster" is holding out money labeled, "Aid to Camille victims." Underneath the arm, three running men run are looking back over their shoulders at the unseen person. The first man is labeled, "Violence" and he holds a truncheon above his head. The second is "Crime, and he points a handgun. The third, larger, is labeled "Man's inhumanity to man" and he is dressed as a Roman soldier and carries a modern rifle with bayonet. The cartoon caption reads, "The longer reach."
