A man wears a drum strapped to his chest that is labeled, "N.O. mayoral campaign"and he is beating on it with two drumsticks as he marches. A second man beating a drum that is labeled, "'71 Governor's race" is crowding the first man. The swing of the second man's drumstick is labeled, "Early test balloons." The first man looks over his shoulder angrily and says, "Hey! Quit shovin'."
