Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A sham prison guard is propped up in sitting position on a box in front of a prison cell door. The sham guard has a broom for a head and spine, has wooden limbs, and is dressed in clothing. A large name tag is pinned onto the shirt and it reads, "Sorry, the 30 additional guards are denied...Money problems you know...City administration." Words next to the sham guard are, "Overcrowded parish prison." Words between the bars of the cell door are "Assault cases...Security problems." An unseen prisoner in the cell shouts, "Oh, guard! Guard!"
