Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletche. Louisiana governor Edwin Edwards is pulling on the reins of a donkey that is labeled "Uncommitted slate." The donkey's head is over a fence which has a sign that reads, "Custer's Peanut Farm." The donkey is trying to rech the small peanut plants. A line of utility poles is in the background.
