Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Next door to the "State of La. Treasurer's Office" Louisiana governor Edwin Edwards is building a "State Fiscal Advisory Committee" building, smaller but in other respects quite similar to the treasurer's office. A sign on the treasurer's office reads, "Treasury operations handled next door" and points to the advisory committee building. Edwards is dressed in overalls as a carpenter and is on a ladder hammering nails into shingles. The cartoon caption reads, "Building an annex."
