Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection; Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A man labeled "Congress" sits at a student's school desk in a classroom. He is holding a textbook open to the section on "Legislation" and the textbook is slanted up so the open pages cannot be seen from the teacher's desk. On top of the textbook pages lies a comic book, also open. The caption on the cartoon book pages reads, "On the ol' campaign trail." Runtz's signature cat looks on from the floor, and says"By the way, it's adult education week!" The cartoon caption reads, "Meanwhile, back in the classroom."
