Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A man is driving a car toward a large intersection on the Earth. The man is labeled, "N.O. property owner voters" and the car is labeled, "$20 million bond election tomorrow, May 7." Across the intersection from the man is a large sign post with a sign pointing to the right which says, "Progress...City needs." The road to the right is flat and smooth, and lines indicate light or radiance. The road to the left is bumpy and strewn with rocks. The cartoon caption reads, "Another chance to take the 'right turn.'"
