Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Attorney General Ramsey Clark is dressed as a sheriff in the Old West and wears a star labeled, "The nation's No.1 cop--L.B.J." He has two gun belts around his waist with a pistol in the left holster. The pistol is labeled, "Reluctance to draw." Ramsey's left hand is at his waist. He is standing before a wooden building under a hot burning sun that is drawn to resemble a bandit's face with a hat on the head. The sun is labeled "Growing U.S. crime wave." A man hiding next to the building is labeled, "Rights of law-abiding citizens" and he says, "...and high time we see some action." The cartoon caption reads, "High noon throughout the land."
