Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by John Stampone. Richard Nixon sits behind a desk in his office. A long line of middle-aged men have entered the office. Some of the men are labeled: "Fulbright, McGovern, Mansfield, Cooper, Hatfield." Each is dressed similarly, wearing casual slacks (jeans?), short sleeved shirt open at the neck, sandals, and a long chain with a peace sign around the neck. The hair of Fulbright and McGovern may be longer than either man would have worn his hair. The first four men are holding a heavy chain with an open shackle at one end and a large ball at the other. Fulbright also holds a sheet of paper labeled "Legislative plans to shackle President's Commander in Chief powers." Fulbright says to Nixon, "One can learn a lot from youth."
