Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. New Orleans mayor Ernest Morial stands with a second man, who is labeled "Council." On the wall behind them is a large graph with two lines that spell out different sentences. Each graph line is upward. The higher one spells "What I wanted" and flattens out at 40 on the Y axis. The lower line spells "What I got" and flattens out at 15 on the Y axis. Morial looks back over his shoulder at the other man and says, "You know what you can do with this raise."
