Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Louisiana governor Dave Treen stands in a doorway and appears shocked and dismayed at what he sees. A man labeled "Pre-legislature sing song" sits at an upright piano, playing and singing. Sheet music on the piano is labeled, "Projected surpluses from oil-gas." On the floor around him are other sheets, "Eliminate personal income tax...Eliminate state sales tax...Eliminate corporate income tax...Eliminate gas tax." The man sings loudly, "We ain't gonna be poor no mo, no mo." Treen's hands are held in a gesture that asks for less sound.
