Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Ronald Reagan and another man walk between two groups of missiles that are pointed at each other. One group has U.S., and the other has the Soviet hammer and sickle. The man with Reagan wears formal clothing and a top hat, and he carries a briefcase labeled "N-talks." Reagan says, "One of the more promising prospects on the horizon is an improved hot line!"
