Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. The cartoon is in two parts. In the left panel, Leonid Brezhnev is a ventriloquist sitting in a chair while holding a toy bear in his lap. The bear has the five Olympic rings on its chest. From the bear comes, "Keep politics out of the Olympics." In the right panel, Jimmy Carter is in the chair with the bear in his lap. "Boycott" is on the bear's chest, and its paws are handcuffed with the Olympic rings. From the bear comes, "Keep aggression out of world affairs."
