Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by David Simpson. Richard Nixon is the lone occupant of the hot air balloon, which is dangerously close to crashing into rough seas and shark-infested waters. Reels of audiotape hang from the gondola as ballast, and Nixon is throwing some of them overboard to lighten the weight. He is also throwing out papers labeled "Taxes." People, labeled "Aides" have been thrown overboard also.
