Title	Plaster keeps falling; March 19, 1969
Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Vic Runtz. A dove labeled "Peace hopes" carries an olive branch in its beak and stands on a round table in a room while looking up. The table has a sign that reads, "Paris talks" and is surrounded by empty chairs. Plaster is falling from the ceiling overhead, and a piece of it has hit the dove on its head. Pieces of plaster litter the top of the table. Above the dove are the words "Viet offensive" and the room is filled with puffs of cloud or smoke as if it is under attack. The table and chairs are shaking. Runtz's signature cat walks in the lower right corner of the cartoon and is writing on a pad labeled, "Score." A piece of the ceiling is falling on the cat, and the cat is looking up at it. The cartoon caption reads, "The plaster keeps falling."
