Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. New Orleans Mayor Ernest Morial is standing before a shop with a sign above it labeled, “Swap Shoppe.” A grandfather’s clock is in the window, but not standing straight up (leaning backwards). The face of the clock has in place of numbers, “One [cent symbol] sales tax.” Morial is pulling a child’s wagon that holds a smaller case clock that is broken. It is labeled “Property service…Road use fees."
