Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards is driving a dump truck with "Political hauling" on the door. The truck is filled with dirt [?] and a shovel is stuck into it. Edwards has driven the truck into the corner of a building that is already almost broken down. Rubble, loose bricks, and large stones block the path of the truck. Outside the building is a sign labeled, "Civil service" and a man stands in the doorway. Edwards says, "Oops!"
