Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. This cartoon is in two panels. On the left side, two Argentinian military leaders sit at a desk behind a nameplate: "Junta." On the wall behind them is a graph showing a downward trend. One man says to the other, "We'll take their minds off of the economy by starting a war!" In the right panel, the same men are seen with a map on the wall behind them. The map shows the Falkland Islands and is labeled "Surrounded on three sides with backs to the sea." The same man says, "We'll take their minds off of the war by reminding them of the economy!"
