Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Louisiana Governor Dave Treen is dressed as a Boy Scout troop leader. He is walking along a path carrying a compass, and he is looking intently at the compass. The path he is on, with a sign labeled "Revised first-use tax" has just diverged from another path (Y shape). On the other part of the Y are three men also dressed as Scouts. One of them is labeled "Steimel" and they carry a banner with "Business & industry...Troop T." The three appear concerned that Treen is so focused on the compass that he hasn't noticed they are walking a different way.
