The license plate on the car reads, "Reapportionment or bust." The car is shaking as it moves over a very bumpy road. Two rocks in front of the car are labeled, “U.S. Justice Dept.” and “The courts.” The man driving is holding a paper labeled “Remap.” He says, "Well, we're on our way" and the man in the back seat says, "You can say that again!"
