Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A man labeled "EPA rules reversal" rolls a 55-gallon drum labeled with "Hazardons liquid wastes." The drum has a skull and crossbones image on the end and is leaking some of its contents. The man appears happy and is singing, "Roll-ll out the barrel...and bury it." A second man who is looking on appears shocked and says, "You call that environmental protection?"
