Description	From the AAEC Editorial Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. On the left side, a man is a patient in a hospital bed that looks too small for his size, and he is surrounded by medical equipment. He is looking up and appears to be in distress. At the end of his bed hangs a chart with "Big charity" at the top and a graph showing a downward trend. Around the corner from the patient, Louisiana governor Dave Treen sits at a desk that has a sign hanging on the front that reads, "Dr. is in study." A paper on the desk has "300-bed addition" and Treen is reading a book with the title, "Know-how of renovation." [Thought to relate to Charity Hospital in New Orleans.]
