Richard Nixon, dressed in safari clothing, wears two bandoleers of ammunition criss-crossed on his chest and a belt of ammunition around his waist. Holding a double-barreled shotgun, he is standing with one foot on the fallen body of a man labeled "Wages." The barrels of Nixon's shotgun are labeled "Phase I" and "Phase II." Behind Nixon in the tall grass and bamboo stands an elephant labeled "Prices & profits."
