Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by John Stampone. A uniformed Vietnamese soldier is smoking a missile-shaped pipe, which he holds in one hand. His other hand is held in a fist. The smoke from the pipe forms atomic symbols (nucleus surrounded by orbiting electrons). The soldier carries a pack and a gun, and he wears an armband with a hammer and sickle and the words "Mao brand." Uncle Sam and a Soviet officer observe the Vietnamese soldier. Uncle Sam has rolled up his sleeves, and next to him is a paper that reads "A-weapons control hopes." The cartoon caption reads, "I'd rather fight than switch."
