Description	From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by John Stampone. Uncle Sam kneels on hands and knees next to a genie's lamp labeled "All-volunteer force." From the spout of the lamp comes smoke which forms the words "Cost: billions $$." In one hand, Uncle Sam holds a paper with the words, "Answers to draft problems, world commitments, qualified men, etc., etc." Lines radiating out from the lamp indicate that Uncle Sam has rubbed it. Uncle Sam says, "I'm told there's a genie in there!"
