Transcript	Letter, Jinny Glass to Zoya Zeman; August 3, 1964 Transcript August 3, 1964 Dear Zoya - I am indeed grateful to you for your letter from Mississippi and Nebraska. So glad to know that every thing was well with you (hope all is O.K. with your family) and it was also wonderful to hear your Miss report. I really appreciated you consciencious letter from Nebraska. Many many thanks, Zoya. I have made my decisions. It was indeed a rough one, but I'm leaving this Friday, August 7 for Jackson. In the process of the decision, though, I really got confused with other possibilities. Checked out civil rights work here in Portsmouth - nothing! But Jo and I drove down to Boston the other day and there were great opportunities there. Also dad offered to arrange a trip home through the South staying with some relatives and friends in Va., N.C., Ga., Alabama, Texas, etc. a great opportunity to learn about the South from this side. But well, I was so geared to do civil rights work.
